Anastasiya Grinko

Anastasiya Grinko completed her MSc in 2023 as part of the “FOKUS Life Sciences” fast track program at the University of Würzburg. For her master's thesis, she joined the Saliba lab, where she was trained in bioinformatic analysis of single-cell data from multiple sequencing platforms. In September 2023, she started her dissertation, which she is continuing in the Saliba lab. Here, Anastasiya is developing new types of protocols to explore the dynamics of alternative splicing in the context of immunity and infection at the single-cell level. In her spare time, Anastasiya spends most of her time being creative, writing, playing the piano and learning new languages.
