Hoda Kooshapour

Hoda Kooshapour obtained her MSc in Biology with a specialization in cell biology from the Ludwig Maximilian University (Munich, Germany). In her master’s thesis she worked on finding the locality of organelles in myelinating oligodendrocytes during development. She joined the HIRI and the Westermann lab in 2021 through the graduate training program, “RNA & Infection”. Currently she establishes an integrative target prediction approach to unravel the interactome and function of an abundant Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron sRNA.
